You do not need an account to place an order. You can checkout as guest. However, we recommend you create an account to benefit from the personalied experience and to save time for future checkouts.

What is CLÉ's pricing model?
CLÉ does not set nor control the pricing of our products. Brands have full ownership over listing prices to ensure pricing is consistent across all channels.
Which currencies can I shop in?
You can pay for your order in any of the accepted currencies which you will find at checkout.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at checkout for the full amount of the purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as bank wire transfers.
Will my personal details stay safe?

How much will I be charged for shipping?
We generally offer free shipping on all orders. However, check our T&Cs page for more details.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Same day delivery is not yet available. We will be working towards achieving this goal and you will be informed once this service becomes available.
I didn't receive my invoice with my order. Where can I find it?
Your invoice can be downloaded from your account page on CLE's website.
When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
Once an item is dispatched, you can expect it in 5 to 7 working days.
Will I need to pay taxes and duties?
Depending on the shipping destination, taxes and duties will apply on all orders and displayed at checkout.
Why can't certain items be shipped to me?
Certain countries apply restrictions on some products such as precious stones or exotic skins. Unfortunately, CLE cannot overrule these legistlations.

I want to return my order but I need my invoice for customs clearance. Will it still be included in my order?
In case you need a copy of your invoice, please contact our customer service team and you will receive immediate assitance.
How do I return my item?
In order to return your item, simply go to your account page on the website, where you can initiate a return request from the "orders & returns" section.
Does my order need to be returned in the CLE package it arrived in?
No, it is not mandatory to return the item inside the CLE packaging. However, the item has to be returned inside the original brand packaging, and has to include the tags still attached.
CLE will not be liable for any damage sustained if items sent in inappropriate packaging.
Will the courier collect multiple packages?
Yes, it is possible for multiple packages to be collected if the same courier is handling the orders and all the orders have a returns airway bill number issued.
When will I receive my refund?
After seller receives return order and accepts it, you will be notified and receive the refund within 7 working days of approval
Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?
No, shipping and duties cannot be refunded when a return is initiated.
Can I return my pre-ordered item?
No, a pre-ordered item cannot be exchanged or returned.
Can I return my customized item?
No, a customized item cannot be exchanged or returned.
Are you going to have my size again?
Yes - You can add the item to your wishlist and you be notified when it is back in stock.
Can I reserve an item to buy later?
You may reserve an item - however a deposit is required.
Are CLE items guaranteed authentic?
Yes - items are sourced and shipped directly from our partner brands, and we have strict in-house quality control processes in place.
If I order a gift, how will it be packaged and delivered?
Your gift will be shipped in CLE's standard packaging, however, the documents will not contain the pricing. In case you wish to have special packaging, please contact our customer service team and we will accomodate your request.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be shipped in CLE's & the brand's original packaging.
